I'm alive

I'm alive and fairly well, but having vision problems so I won't be around much. I can't see clearly enough to read or knit, so that sucks. I can type this by enlarging the text and putting my nose almost on the keyboard.

But I am lucky to be alive, so I'm not complaining. I'll be back when my vision improves and I dont need 4 naps a day.

Oh La! How many ways can I see YeeeHaaaa! Say Thank God. Say it's like bells and music and mormon tabernacle choir and sunrise

Hon - every good healthy prayer.

I close my eyes and see you hopping out of bed - saying to the docs "see ya later cutie" and pulling on those skinny jeans to sashay out the door.

Yep. And into the pretty red baby and driving up to see us in Northern south.

love a million times

Glad you're able to post ... even if you do have to have your nose on the keyboard. Praying that the vision problems are only temporary and that each day sees improvement in your health.

Lord, Catherine, I AM glad to hear from you. It was kind of Girlchild to keep us updated, but I was on pins and needles until you posted personally.

These things take time, and in a weird way this is the rest you've needed for the past few years.

Take as many naps as you want and concentrate on getting back to normal (whatever THAT is).

I, too, am glad to know you are on the mend. I was worried. Perhaps you need to re-think all that stress, hmmmm?

Take care of yourself and we will all send out cosmic good thoughts to you-

i'll bet murphy and dudley are glad that mom/grandma is home! you do what you need to do to get healthy, we'll do. and maybe you can find a reader program to help? either that or see if the girl is willing to read your emails to you, at least.

can you do simple garter stitch? scarves work well for that, lol

Catherine, I am so glad to hear from you. I can't imagine what you are going through but will keep you in my thoughts. I have an Italian friend who always says"Be strong" but I know from going through chemo that I didn't always want to be strong.

I think my OCD kicked in because I have been compulsively checking to see if there were any updates. Weird to see how much I care and miss someone I've never met! I'll keep sending prayers and healing thoughts your way-

Oh my God, oh my God, I am so relieved. I left town for a week with the last Girlchild entry up. I had intermittent Internet access but was afraid to check. I know we don't know each other, but your blog makes my day and I'm sure I'd like you in person. I was so worried! Answered prayers for sure. And the boys' good doggie wishes too, no doubt.
