Grandma Is Babysitting.

On weekends, Girlchild works an 8 hour shift on Friday evening then goes back at noon on Saturday for a 12. She's off Sunday. Add commute time, etc., and she's gone for 24 out of 36 hours. She doesn't want to impose on her roommate to babysit, she also works long hours, so Unemployed Grandma has Dudley until Sunday afternoon, when Mommy will come use the free washer-dryer (the girls are going to buy them, but need a kitchen table, etc., first). So I have him for 2 nights. Next Friday night I do have plans, so we'll have to see how that works out - of course he can stay here as long as we secure all the chew-able flip-flops.

Okay. I come here every freaking day to keep up, and you're unemployed and not technically doing anything, and there's three full length posts for me to go through.
I lost my star wars daytimer. I don't know what all is in it. I think it's a subconscious thing, but it will be a while before I can restore that stuff. Ick.
Is Dudley happy to be home?

Ah, he's SO CUTE. He looks extremely happy and relaxed there on the old homefront.

Dudley is happy but didn't seem particularly overjoyed to be back, it was like, "Okay, I'm here again, that's nice, where's my chair?" As for the posting frequency, I almost posted AGAIN after I was visited by the cutest little bunch of carolers last night. Several little girls, ages 5 to 10, were visiting the neighbors to sing, and those kids could actually carry a tune! Usually kid carolers are adorable but squeak the songs like an attic full of tone deaf mice, but these girls SANG, and sounded so good I was very impressed. Murphy and Dudley were inside having fits, they were so mad that I shut the door in their faces and went outside to listen.
