I had been attempting to use my daughter's exercise ball for crunches, and not doing well at all, mostly because she is 4 inches taller than I am and I don't fit on that ball. So I'm browsing Solutions and saw this: the Bean and thought that this was a really cool design and I am not likely to fall off it. Sort of like the "giant tricycle for old people" of exercise balls. After dinner I will inflate it and try it out, and report tomorrow.
