I'm definitely getting this.

St. Joseph statue When the house goes on the market, St. Joseph is getting put to work. And how hilarious is the book title? I may have to order that too.

We used this when we sold our condo and were under agreement on the first day it went on the market. Two other units in our building that were stagnating also went quickly under agreement as soon as I buried St. Joseph.

I've heard so many stories about it working, I'm dead serious about doing it.

I had never heard of it till I read a book that talked about it. Maybe I shoudl try it. I have been trying to sell my damn house for a year. I have tried everything else.

I really had never heard of this before.

Whenever I'm having problems, my mother always says she'll pray to St. Jude for me. While I appreciate it, isn't St. Jude the patron saint of lost causes? Or is it lost things? What is she saying to me? :-)

St Jude is the saint of hopeless causes. It's St. Anthony who helps you find lost things.

Hopeless causes? Okay, I think my mother is sending me a message here.

Just don't forget to put the Statue in a plastic bag. Since you're supposed to make a shrine for him in your new home, it's kinda gross if he's not been wrapped in plastic.

The kit even comes with the plastic bag to protect St. Joe while he's on the job. :-)

I used it - twice. The first time, we'd had the house on the market for 7 months and after burying the statue, it sold. Second, I used it to sell my house last Fall and the house sold 6 days after listing. It works, even when you're not Catholic.
