Because of this. The Cotton-ease baby blanket. I love it, I love the way it looks, but I can't knit all cotton all the time. Bad things happen. Love the yarn, love the pattern, it's going to be a really cute, gender-neutral and functional blankie. A perfect hospital donation blankie.
